Among the four factors, the viscosity of glue varies depending on the material of the glue. The viscosity value of commonly used rubber materials ranges from 1000 to 100000 units. Under the condition of fixed viscosity, the higher the pressure, the higher the rate of glue release; The viscosity and pressure are fixed, and the longer the glue supply time, the greater the glue output; The better the instantaneous adhesive breaking performance, the less the adhesive release delay and wire drawing dripping phenomenon. In order to achieve precise control of the dispensing volume, the dispensing equipment must achieve accurate pressure regulation, accurate timing, and good adhesive breaking performance.

2. Another way to control the amount of adhesive is to control the adhesive release time. The longer the adhesive release time is set, the greater the adhesive release amount.
