Introduction to Piezoelectric Valves:
Piezoelectric ceramic jet valve is driven by high-frequency precision piezoelectric ceramic material, which makes the firing pin move up and down quickly, achieving high-speed injection of glue. Due to the fast reaction speed, high accuracy, and excellent stability of piezoelectric ceramic material, compared with pneumatic jet valves driven by compressed air, it eliminates the instability caused by gas source pressure fluctuations. The stability characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic jet valve are more obvious. This valve body is particularly suitable for PCB board packaging, 3C electronic product production, LED optoelectronics industry, FPC circuit board production, trace paint ink filling, biological or medical reagent verification, etc.
The characteristics of piezoelectric valves:
- High speed: The latest precision piezoelectric driver with an ultra fast dispensing frequency, with a limit of up to 1500Hz per second.
- High efficiency: Adopting non-contact dispensing to eliminate Z-axis movement and effectively improve production efficiency
- Trace amount: minimum adhesive amount 0.5nl, minimum line width 0.25mm, minimum point diameter 0.2mm.
- Set up a constant temperature heating module, and the consistency of the high-speed injection valve dispensing can reach ± 2%.
