Notice on the resumption of work and production of our company Hongzhan Automation

According to the notice, our company is allowed to resume work from February 21, 2020. In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of COVID-19 and effectively protect the health of employees, after office disinfection, the company is scheduled to officially resume work on February 24, 2020 (Thursday). All employees except those in key epidemic areas need to return to Shenzhen. Attendance is subject to the WeChat attendance of the enterprise. Some office staff are allowed to work at home.

Employees may not go to the company for work under the following circumstances:

1. Those who have come into contact with confirmed or suspected cases within the past 14 days, or have confirmed cases within their residential unit;

2. Those who have visited the following key areas within the past 14 days and have not been quarantined for 14 days after returning to Shenzhen: Hubei Province, Henan Province, Wenzhou City, Anqing City/Fuyang City in Anhui Province, Nanchang City/Xinyu City/Shangrao City/Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province, Wenling City/Huangyan District in Taizhou. All staff are requested to conscientiously carry out the task, and the department head will arrange for the company’s staff to work properly.
