The HZ6000R hot melt adhesive spraying valve is a type of valve that uses compressed air as the driving force to make the firing pin move up and down quickly, achieving high-speed spraying of adhesive. It is specially designed for high-speed and precision dispensing, and can achieve precise application of small adhesive points (accurate to micro liters) on the surface of the workpiece. Its characteristics can achieve non-contact precision spraying on product surfaces that are not affected by workpiece warping, deformation, unevenness, or fragility.
